2015 2500hd W/T mirrors

My truck has tow mirrors already but everything manual top glass bottom glass folding. I want to switch it from manual to power mirrors. I can find a kit with the mirrors and the door harnesses I would need to use them, but I don't know if I can just plug everything in and it work or of the bcm will need flashed to control them, also would I need to had wiring or swap fuse panels where the door harness plugs in, inorder for the pins to be in right places to supply the power where it needs to be. Has anyone done this every post I see trucks already have power mirrors can't seem to find anyone switching from manual to power.

I went from manual to power folding with factory installed tow mirrors.
I bought this kit from Boost Auto along with the required switch for the armrest.
You're gonna need new tow mirrors.
