SiriusXM got intermittent connection and then eventually quit completely. Tried the soft reset and even disconnecting battery. Going to bring to dealer but wondering if anyone else has seen this or what else I might try before bringing it in.

All other infotainment systems work fine.

Mine did the same thing a few weeks ago. Called Sirius and had them send a refresh signal. Works fine once again. I believe you can text also for a refresh but I’m old school and called.

Just a follow up on this thread. my XM lost signal when restarting after a short trip and a 10 minute stay. I sent a “refresh request” via text, sat in the hot sun for 18 minutes while keeping the radio active and then went inside. After a short time, 10 minutes maybe, I went back out and cranked up the truck. Sirius was back on and it took a few moments to reload my favorite (presets). I have a feeling there are other issues here that might require some form of update from the Dealer.  In checking for updates, I receive the message that I have the latest update(s) while showing the last update was in December 2023. I’m guessing that was Factory installed.

I did do the refresh. I may try doing that again.

EDIT: Just did it again now that I am home. Before, I did it while camping.
