Hey, i have a 2024 GMC Sierra SLT with the updated dash, Bose system (for what it's worth). Those that have replaced the speakers in the front doors, did you go with a 6x9 or a 6" speaker? If 6x9, what speaker did you choose?

I am going to update the dash speakers to  Audiofrog GS25, and at some point add the GM/Kicker sub under the rear seat.

I put Kicker 6x9's in the front doors of my '19 Sierra and i honestly think they sound better. My truck hd no bose or amp either.

AF GS25 up on top and AF 6x9 in the front doors, JL Audio 6.5 Co-axials in rear doors. GM/Kicker sub under rear seat with bass volume knob in center console.

Did you have any issues fitting the AudioFrog 6x9's in the front doors?

Pretty much sounds like what i am planning to do to mine. Does it sound pretty good? Do you feel you got your moneys worth?

Sounds good with the bose amp. Got everything from Crutchfield, just needed to change 1 spade connector. I am running the Telsa screen in mine and have the output run through the AUX input in my truck. That way I can use the EQ in the Tesla screen to adjust.

Crutchfield sends you the 6x9 adapters. The AF 6x9 holes do not quite line up with the adapters, but that was a simple fix. Just drill a new hole and put a backing nut on it. 3 of the holes line up.

Eventually, I will replace the bose amp and go with a 6 channel amp for the speakers. The factory sub and my Kicker seem to work ok together

I put in a Rockford Fosgate 10" integrated sub/amp under my driver's side rear seat and it's awesome, however having some better speakers up front for mid frequencies would be nice if they were plug and play. The bass is a bit overwhelming unless turned all the way down currently.
