Firestone Destination LE

Anybody have any experience with these? I would like to hear any and all opinions. Thanks.

I wouldn't put firestone tires on anything I own.Period

I put 4 LE's on my wifes Trailblazer and I have no complaints. They ride nice and smooth, no problem with hydroplaning, they have decent snow traction and they seem to be wearing good...Only about 8000 miles on them.

No offense meant to the previous post, but I don't know why anybody would want to put Firestone tires on their SUV's or trucks - especially with all the problems they had with the Wilderness AT's and now the hundreds of thousands of recalls they are currently issuing on the Steeltex tires. Why chance it? Their is no point - I don't want to be the one that finds out the hard way that these destinations are defaulty as well.

Why not go with a good set of Michelins (SP?) LTX tires, or BFG has a good road tire. Good Year Wrangler rt/s is a good road tire. Same price range, but no chance of a problem.
