Radio Problems???

I have an 03 1500 HD crew cab with the Bose radio and XM and I noticed that pushing the info button in XM just brings up a "no info" message. On FM it works just fine bringing up messages and title and artist info from appropriate stations. Is this right ?, or should I take it in to be repaired? I also noticed that the auto EQ button only offers Talk and Custom options again is this right?

for xm you push the bottom circle dial ( i think it is the tuning dial but not sure since I am not looking at it now). if you push the center of the dial it will show you the artist name and song title.
