Trailer Sway Control Questions

I asked over on the Forest River Forum, but the respondents were in the dark like me but curious too.

If towing & the truck's electronics detect trailer sway, is there any indication on the cluster icons or info center that the TSC has been activated?

TV is a 2024 Silverado 2500HD SBCC gasser. Truck is not equipped w/ the 5th wheel/Gooseneck package.

We were also wondering w/ trucks equipped w/ the electronic TSC is it necessary to use an aftermarket sway control device?

  Keep looking. But, you`re gonna run out of inventory fast now. I ordered mine. The only way to get em the way you want em. So, you`ll have to at least get close to what you wanted [or not].

  I have no display of transmission status on Dash ( no P,R,R D or L) a code has been set as i now have a Check engine light, Als "SERVICE STABIL TRAC " is displayed on the Info screen. The truck drives but fro engine RPM it seems to be in LOW gear Any Ideas ???

  Looks like you're correct. Got a call today telling me as much. They found a truck that has a lot of the right options, but a couple that aren't. It has chrome bumbers that I'm having trouble getting past cosmetically. It's also appears to be missing the 2 spd transaxle (4 wheel low), along with having several options I have no intersest in, or paying for.
