OEM Factory Mud Flaps restoration

I have a '17 Silverado LTZ that came with the factory installed mud flaps & now they are turning gray from the UV rays. I've tried several back to black" type products that don't last very long. Had anyone tried to paint these black? Any suggestions or insights would be welcomed. I've also tried the flame torch trick but doesn't help.

Thoughts?

Rustolum makes a spray paint just for plastic, I've used it in the past and had good results with it. Comes in all different colors.
