I have a 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT 4x4. I have installed a 2 1/2” suspension lift with upgraded upper control arms. My truck will shake consistently at 60mph. I have replaced the upper control arms bushings, upper and lower ball joints, sway bar end link, wheel hubs, bought new tires and had them balanced as well as several alignments and it still shakes. I have also brought the truck to several mechanics with no luck of finding the issue. Any ideas on anything else I can check?

Do you feel the vibration through the steering wheel? That should help tell you if it’s the front end. Adding a front differential drop will help if it’s a CV joint vibration. If you don’t feel a steering wheel vibration, it could be an issue with a rear tire.

Maybe get your alignment shop to check that the wheels are tracking front to back to see if you have one of the front wheels further out than the other.

You could try Centramatics balancers as well. They are interesting dynamic balancers that help especially if you are running larger AT tires.

It does sound like a wheel issue if it shows up at 60 mph.
