-18 is gonna throw them out of the fenders pretty far.

But no, pretty sure GM only made +44 and +33 (ZR2/AT4X).

As was just commented, the factory wheels have that aggressive positive offset to keep the forces more centralized over the wheel bearings, especially the front wheel bearings because of them being the unit type bearing. Replacing with a negative offset wheel or using thick wheel spacers ( not really recommended at any time ), puts a lot of added stress into that unit bearing assembly and they prematurely fail and since Ford and Ram have gone to those same unit bearings on their solid front axle they have the same issues. And keep in mind that with such a negative offset the tires may very well rub on the front or rear of the fender during a turn, never mind that the crap will fly off the tires and sand blast the side of the truck unless you compensate with some substantial aftermarket mud flaps that wrap part way around the fenders. Also legality as some states and imagine here in Canada where I am may have issues with tires sticking out too far and require said mud flaps to make the truck legal again. GM/Chev trucks just don't allow for enough leeway within the fenders to go crazy like the Ford fender opening allows for. Having said that, perhaps you would be happy enough with a slight positive aftermarket wheel as a happy medium and depending on your current tire size maybe a slightly wider tire as long as the clearance is there in the fender and to the ball joints and anti sway bar.

Thank you guys. I was guessing at the -18 offset but I understand what you are saying. I think I will keep my truck as it is.

AEV has done some work with these trucks and concluded something around +18 is a great middle ground.
