How to adjust shift points on a TH-350

Title says it all.... anyone know how this is done?

 

Mine's still shifting at the stock 4,000 but I know the engine can do at least 5000.

You need to change the governor springs and or weights.

B & M makes a kit for doing this. It will include detailed
