How to remove rear seatback?

I want to put my amps behind the rear seat back, but I can't figure out how to take it off. I have an '01 extended cab chev.

If it is the same as mine 03 (I think it is) You have 5 nuts to remove. 2 on the left bye the door 2 on the right buy the door and one in the middle that is holding two wires in the shape of a v. Then lift and pull. Kinda awkward because the driverside moves after it is loose. I used a deep 18mm socket. Hope that helps.
