Hey guys,

 

Did anybody see the Basketball game last night (Monday Night) where some woman sung the Nat'l anthem and completely F-ed it up?

 

They're calling it worse than Roseanne's "version" when she got booed off the stage.

 

The lady sang it all wrong, and then , after "the La-and of the Freeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" she just busted out laughing and ppl started shouting off color remarks at her and she shouted back over the mic "Hey! That's mean!".

 

It was on the 11:00 news and even the news-casters showed their dissapointment (Technically, News-casters, reporters, and all other media ppl are supposed to keep their opinions to themselves).

 

Did anybody else see this??

They played that clip on a local radio station yesterday. They thought she looked up at the big screen, saw herself and said "Hey, that's me!"

 

Either way, it was embarrasing...

dont you think they would have some sort of screening process for people singing our national amthem

seems like every sport has it i remember when tom cochrane botched up the canadian anthem at a bluejay game..  At least she remembered the words ???
