Need help from a CALIFORNIAN

I need some help. I live in Illinois - and I'm looking at a truck in California- thousand oaks. I need someone to take a look at the truck & give me an opinion. I have twenty pics of this truck , a carfax , and talked to the owner for hours...but I still would like someones hands on opinion. This needs to be done this weekend - can someone help me out?
