L eye bee....Sure is. I just went out and checked. Top, rear, drivers side valve cover. Has insulation covering the hose, so it looks about twice as thick as an older one would.

On the 1500, if you're standing facing the hood, to the right side of the block near the back is a hose. It's at the end of it if you pull the hose out. I haven't changed mine in a bit so it's hard for me to visualize it, but it's near where the sparkplugs are at on the right(driver's side) 1/2 of the engine.

Standing in front of the truck its on the drivers side valve cover at the rear. If you replace it, be sure to get the orificed type PCV valve. Less oil will be sucked back through the PCV line into the intake that way. Believe me, it is a common problem. Thats why if you look into your intake it is covered with oil. Thank GM for the design on that! GM Part# for the Fixed orifice PCV is 12572717.

I could not find it on my '00 Rado the first time either. Felt like an idiot. Everyone on this site pointed me to the right direction. I purchased the replacement from the dealer. $2.50 or so.

is the orifice problem on '99's only? I have an '01 and dont see any oil on the intake.
