Allison 1000 external filter wrench

I have the Allison 1000 trans. Can you buy a filter wrench for the external filter from an Allison dealer? Does anyone know the part number?

After I drain the pan, I punch a hole in the bottom of the filter and remove it with channel-lock pliars. Works good for me.

A strap wrench works fine for that filter.

 

It's not nearly as tight as the engine oil filter from the factory....that was a bugger.
