I have an '99 Silverado 4WD...What is the lug pattern? I need to get a new set of rims. Thanks in advance for the help....

6 lug on 5 1/2 inch center.

 

It's preferable that you use "hub centric" wheels on your truck to reduce potential vibration, although a lot of people do not use hub centric without any problems.

Lug centric wheels can be balanced with the proper adapters...

instead of using a cone, the adapter is a ring with studs that go into the lug holes.

 

Also, if at all possible, see if you can get your wheel/tires "roadforce" balanced. It's usually more $ than standard speed balancing, but it really helps with vibration issues.
