Error Codes PO175

well I am not sure if our situations are exactly the same, but I will tell you my expereinces. First I was getting error codes P172 and 174 I think.....not 100% what the #'s were, but is said the banks were too rich....so I decided to get a new O2 sensor, and that worked for a little bit....then the codes came back. Then I tried a new EGR valve, and that didnt do anything.....so I broke down and took it to the dealer, and all they did was reprogam the O2 sensor and update the data ranges or something like that....due to a service report. so in the long run I sent like $200 in parts and only like $150 at the dealer.....my point is it MIGHT be easier/cheaper to take it to the dealer, than trying to swap out parts......hope I helped some....good luck with your issues

Went by the dealer this morning and all the updates were in the ecu and they assured me it was the aft(cat) passenger o2 sensor so i will be getting one soon and replacing it and they are going to reset the computer again to see if that cures the problem thanks for the help muddog!!
