ABS problem

A freind of mine has a '99 GMC Sierra 2500 and the ABS pump keeps running all of the time, even witht he key off. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem could be or where to start troubleshooting? Could it be a sensor or relay?

It is either the ecbm for the abs that is bad, costs about 700-800 for part or corroded wires from the pump. There is a guy on ebay that rebuilds the ecbm for around $115 and claims it will be better thhan new.

Yep, EBCM. It's located on top of the ABS actuator on the driver's side frame rail.

Pull the fuse to get it off by the way.

I had the rebuild done by the circuitsolution guys and ended up with less than $150 dollars (including shipping and brake fluid) in a job the Chevy stealer wanted $1000 for.
