Heard about that on Pacific. Now riding my bike(Suzuki Marauder 805) into work each day on the interstate without a windshiled, I can say you get tossed around pretty good from crosswinds at 70mph...can only imagine 200+

I think because of the way you sit on a 'sport bike' you don't feel the wind the way you do on a Cruising bike. I've got a Suzuki Volusia and I can feel the wind pretty good even at 50 or 60.

I had a GSXR750 up around 140-150, and wasn't having any wind problems at all...The bikes are pretty much made for that stuff.

 

I was having problems with bowel control though.

How the H*ll do you find enough room to go 200 MPH on a Saturday Afternoon.

 

 

I kinda wish he would have crashed at 200mph. It's just pure stupidity to go that fast on public roads.

Man, you live in a beautiful land of hills, forests, and twisties.

 

Get out to the midwest, southwest, and plains states sometime. If your alignment is on, all you have to do is set the cruise control, and take a nap. You wake up two states later, are still in the middle of the road, and have only passed three cars.

 

There are places that the curvature of the earth is the limitation on your sight distance. Not hills, or trees. The road just meets the horizon....It's kinda cool, actually.

Well this kid should get his %$# beat for this. This is why people don't like these bikes. His dad is a Washington County Sherriff, so I'm sure he'll hear about it from him.
