if so, here's a suggestion. when you send people to an autoshow, make sure they are people who know the product very well....

 

i went to the seattle autoshow last night and i asked the person there that was doing the trucks about some things about the 04 sierra which i have that i wasnt sure about. some of it was just basic features like how to set the mirrors for one driver profile or another and to actually show me. she didn't know. then they had a hybrid sierra and she didnt even know the gas mileage. couldn't even guess. just said well its on gas when you're driving down the road and electric while idling. i said well it soundslike it isnt that big of savings then right and she said yes and to wait for the later models. lol, great salesmanship there gmc!!! i expect to go to a lot and to see some guy that doesn't know anythiing about the products he sells because most people come to places like this before they buya nd they dont need much "selling" but when you send a person to an AUTOSHOW, they should know their product better than youre average "joe". thats my opinion anyway....
