Welvome to the Forum :(

The fuel pump relay on a '90 G20 should be mounted to the fire wall to the left of the brake master cyl/boosrter (as you look under the hood) There should be a loose pigtail (usually a red wire) hanging from the harness connector, that would be the fuel pump relay by-pass test lead....it should read BATT voltage on that lead when the relay is engaged...you can also run a jumper wire to that from theBATT to apply voltage to the pump....It may not be a bad idea to pick up a repair manual from your local parts...Haynes manuals have basic/common wiring diagrams in them...Something else to be aware of would be that on the earlier G-model vans '87-'94, some of the power leads in the firewall junction block to the fuse panel would loosen and cause a poor connection causing a voltage drop....And make sure to check all of your chassis grounds are good also....a bad ground will show as a voltage drop also.

hope this helps and GOOD LUCK!

hallo again from belgium,i found the problem with the fuel pump ,it was the rubber hose between the fuel pump and the metal fuel line in the fuel tank that was gone soft and had ahole in it so it was just pumping fuel into the fuel tank.

Thank you for all the infomation Joebar
