Front Door Speaker

Ok how in the heck do you get the front door panel off. i just got some 6.5 pioneer speakers and i got amost all of the door panal off but there is something in the middle of the door that is still holding it in and i can not get it to pop lose. So what is the best way to get the Front door panel off its a 2003 Chevy silverado ext cab long bed

I am fairly color blind but the left speaker wire appears to be grey or green with a white stripe on my o4 Yukon. Should this wire go to the positve or negative position on the speaker? Thanks

Never mind, DUH, I can look at the ones I am taking off as long as the Cheap Chinese paper Bose speaker has + and - marked on it. Probably don't so they could save a penny.
