NBS lift questions

Just wondering what you guys are using in the rear when you crank the TBs

I have a set of keys and would like a little rake too it, also I tow my drag car and down want it to drag its a$$ when the trailer is on. Should I go with an add a leaf if so which one or should I take the 2" factory blocks out and go with a 3 or 4 inch block. My window sticker says I have a heavy duty suspension and snow plow prep but I don't think its any different than any of my freinds trucks. I'd like to get as close to 3" as I can. I know I should just do a full suspension lift but I to cheap, money is for racing. I was going to do a body lift but heard alot of downsides to it. looking for ideas and opinions
