Power Door lock issues

The rear doors on my 95 Blazer will lock just fine, but they don't want to unlock. You can hear the actuator working, and see the little white plastic thingy move inside the door when you click the locks. I got the left rear door to work, but on the rear right door the little white thing does not want to stay clicked in place while it unlocks. Any ideas?
