I decided yesterday to change my screensaver after having Dale Sr. for many many years. I wanted a Dale Jr. screensaver so I did a search and found a site called screensaver.com. I downloaded a Dale Jr. screensaver and it self installed. Along with more spyware than you can shake a stick at. Computer slowed right down and things just didn't work right. I used my Spybot search and destroy and got rid of all the stuff. Including the screensaver. I downloaded a screensaver from DEI.net and everything is working ok. And no spyware.

Thanks for the heads-up. I hate spyware, I've experienced what it does to your computer and I want to see the person(s) who created it suffer.... Badly.

Spybot is great. My screensaver is from screensavers.com and it cleaned it up.

 

Sypware is everywhere, you just need to sift thru the crap to get the good things!

Firefox works great for me
