I Need Your Help!!!!

So I got my skid plate bolts all taken care of. Life was good...My girlfriend was continuing to get home later and later from work. Last week she informed me she had to travel to Cancun with her boss on "business". While she was packing, I noticed she had mistakenly packed the black lace teddy I had given her for Valentine's Day last year. When I brought this to her attention she started screaming at me and told me to stay out of her stuff and to quit being so insensitive. I thought it must be that time of the month so I just backed off and tried to be nice as I drove her to her boss's house to meet the limo.She was supposed to call me when she got to Mexico to let me know she had made it OK. Well, I didn't hear from her so I tried to call her cell phone. Either it didn't work down there or she had it off. I called the hotel and asked the front desk for her room number.....nobody by that name. I asked for a room under her company name.....no dice. As a long shot, I asked them for the room under her boss's name. Bingo! I got lucky, surely he would know how to get a hold of her. When he answered the phone he seemed very annoyed and said he didn't know for sure what room she was in and not to bother her as she was very busy with business. In the background, I thought I heard a female voice as he hung up. Well, after not hearing from her all weekend, she finally got home. Overjoyed that she was OK, I met her on the driveway to give her a big hug. She stopped me and what she said next absolutely floored me. She said she would be moving out as she needed her space and wanted to find herself. She assured me there was nobody else and she still loved me, she just needed some time to complete her "life journey". I was crushed, my face got warm, I felt a wave of nausea....I fell to my hands and knees. Out of the corner of my eye, I noticed a little fleck of brass color on the wheel of my GMC 3500. I looked closer and noticed the valve stem cap was missing on my front driver's side tire! I am sick thinking about how long this has been gone yet feel lucky I did not lose any air in the tire. I can't sleep thinking about my truck not having this cap in place and need your help. Where is the best place to get a new one that will fit my truck? Do they sell these anywhere or do I need to order one from the dealer??? Please help.......I am sleepless in IL.

SOMEBODY BUY THIS MAN A BEER!

Personally, I love how I start reading, and think "what a winey @$$", then we get to the meat of the situation, in this case, the missing valve stem cap. Which, as we all know is no laughing matter.
