New Slip Yoke Install Instructions??

I am looking for instructions on installing the new slip yoke in my 01 Chevy. I found out that is the problem from another source and am going to purchase the slip yoke and install it myself. I just need to know proper instructions for doing it, so I don't have to do it again!! Thanks. biggrin.gif

If you do a search on here you will find instructions , I think they are even illustrated.

The problem for what? If its the rear end clunk,don't hold your breath. GM had a TSB out for the slip-yoke clunk,it was a Nickle plated version. GM stopped replacing the old slip-yokes with the Nickle plated ones because it doesn't work.

The nickel plated one worked on my 02. This is for my Dad's 01. Mine was under warranty, his isn't. I have talked to many people that say the nickel plated has been a lot higher success rate.
