Blue Smoke at Start up 4.8L

To the experts:

About 4 times in 11,000 miles this has occurred.  Or should I say, I have noticed it.

I start the engine and when I back up, I realize that I am backing through a CLOUD of blue smoke.

It doesn't always do it...in fact  immediately after it did it the second or 3rd time...I shut it down and restarted to see if it would do it again.

I am not noticing loss of oil between changes.  Meaning no measurable oil consumption.

The symptom looks EXACTLY like leaky valve guide seals.  I had an old 350 that smoked on startup every time...but that was a well worn motor and worn out valve guides were a common thing.

I don't think that my motor should have that problem at this young age.

The first time it happened..my daughter had had the ign key in the on position waiting for me to get in.  The most recent time was when I picked up my truck from Classic Soft Trim where they had just installed my new leather seat package {GREAT $950}  Anyway...I suspect that they may have had the key on for an extended period too....Could it be fuel pump pre-load maybe?

Hmmm, my 4.8 has done it once or twice, usually after sitting for a very long time.  I can't recall if I ever left the key in the ignition before I started it.  Mine oil level is holding steady between changes.
