05 2500HD Duramax

I have seen a few new 2500HD's Duramax/Allison trucks around that look to have a "bull-nose" style hood on them similar to the earlier(2002) HD's. Has Chevy decided to make the front end styling of the HD's slightly different from the 1/2 ton trucks in 2005?

they have and it is on all 05 2500HD's and 3500's

Thanks for the responce and info. So this "distinguishing" difference is something new for 2005 on the 2500HD's and 3500's, correct?

Yep, it is a new change for the 05's.

When I first seen one, I really liked the new hood and checked into getting one but found out that it would not be just a hood swap, the lines are a little different so I would need fenders and grill (can't remember if the lights where different, I lost interest when they said it was more than just a hood change.)
