Check this out. It mentioned the Helix tower power along with condensation and water injection devices. Toyota truck went from 26 to 37 mpg???

Sorry I didn't have time to read the whole article, but I have heard that the Germans used water injection in emergency situations during WW2.  If I remember right it boosted hp and could only be used in short emergency accelerations.  The engines didn't last too long after that, but their hope was so the soldiers did!    It was a long time ago that I heard this (4-5years).
