Does anyone have a tornado air insert?

Our company had done a test on these, installing in 4 Ford 3/4 ton vans and 2 Nissan trucks. There was no increase in gas mileage, no increase in power, no increase period. They were completely worthless.

I've yet to hear a good thing about them. If you want something to spin the air get a throttle body spacer. But, your best bet is something similar to the K&N FIPK.

I think some hillbilly was sitting aroound getting drunk and started cutting up the beer cans, and that is what he came up with. Now people are getting suckered into buying them, and mr. hillbilly is getting rich. Sure wish I could get rich off of old beer cans!

If I remember correctly, they are manufactured and designed in Korea. Do they have hillbillies there? Just wondering........

Not that hillbillies are bad, some of my buddies even say I am part hillbilly. I think I relate to the hillbilly logic that seems to have gone into the engineering of Tornado, I just don't buy into that idea.

My idea is that the air twist must start as soon as it hits the filter, so I'm going to take a K&N cone filter, clamp onto each end, and twist it (so the pleats look like a candy cane). This, in conjunction with an 12 volt fan to pressurize the airbox, should provide gobs of extra horsepower, milage, and YEEEE-HAAAAAWW excitement! (just kidding, but I'm guessing with the right marketing, and an info-mertial, some sucker would buy it!)

I was just joking BTW. I'm a hillbilly and pround of it! The info-mercial part was pretty funny. If they sold it on QVC, my mom would probably buy one.
