Transmission cooler lines..take a look

Here's one for all of you to look for the next time you're under your 5.3 l truck with a grease gun. I found a slight transmission fluid leak at the lower tranny cooler line to the radiator (fitting) and noticed the line looked slightly pushed to one side.  

 

The problem was that the lower line was never clipped into the plastic guide clip (located back under the skid plate) at the factory.  This resulted in the steering arm grease fitting pulling the line when steering to the left or right (the tubing actually falls about 2" and lays on the steering arm without that clip).  This could have been a disaster...and it's worth a look. Alls well now, but that tubing sure took a beating.
