New Grille

I recently bought a 05' Sierra Z71 ext cab, black, and was thinking about replacing the stock grille. I am looking for something similar to a Denali-chromed out with circular holes punched. I was just wondering without buying a factory Denali grille (Im sure those are expensive), what after-market grille, most closely resembles the Denali??

Putco has one that is close, but I'm not sure it I like it or not. I'm thinking about just going billet.

yeah the original denali grill doesnt look that good at all huh? SURE! go with a Billet grill, thats what 99% of everyone does. Go with the pack! Be like everyone else who buys a new truck.

No, actually I'd love to be able to swap out my 04 front end for the denali like you did...funds are the problem and yes a grill swap is less expensive. If I ever find the parts reasonable I will be doing the swap

I pitched in 600 something on top of the insurance paid 3000$. then called in a favor to a buddy who works for gm to get me employee pricing on the parts for the denali which ended up being just slightly more than the sierra parts that I needed.

As for grills. Go with a speed grill. I had one and LOVED IT!

I do miss my speedgrill and cleared lights (I dont miss my old wheels, the new ones are much better). but the new front end is way better.
