Question for those with

I am under the impression that the current model Z71's have 46 mm gas charged shocks but they are not Bilsteins.

Is this true?  And if so,does anyone know who makes the current Z71 shock?

I'm about 99.9% sure that the shocks on the 99 and up Z71 trucks are Tennecos.

I don't really care for the new shocks they use on the 99 and up Z71s. GM made a bad choice that is why I am switching to HD Bilsteins.
