Some dash lights are out

Some of my dash lights are out around the radio and around the ventilation controls. Are those just bulbs that need replaced? How do I do it? Just pop the dash bezel off and remove stuff from there to access the bulbs? Could it be a fuse problem? All advice is appreciated.

Yes, they can be replaced, you do have to know how to solder. HVAC bulbs are easy, radio bulbs are tough to get to. Bulbs are available at Radio Shack, I don't know the part number if you take one in you can compare till you find one that matches. Be sure to get 12 volt.
