Guys, My oil pan gasket just took a crap! Don't know why?

Has anyone EVER lost there oil pan gasket in one trip? I've driven alot of 5.7's alot of miles and never had this problem before. Heck the truck never even dropped one oil drop before this! O well, got it fixed, also had the oil filter adapter O-rings changed at the same time. Heard these go sometimes also.

Remember the antifreeze post I had a month ago about where it was going? I took your advice guys and added some

stop-leak "ground aluminum" a couple weeks ago and all seems well for now! Thanks  :)  "I will keep an eye on this matter tho"
