6.0 Not starting

I'm working on a 1999 6.0 that sat for a year. It started and ran fine. I worked on the brakes and suspension over the last month and now it turns over but won't start.

 

The fuel line sprays but there is no spark. I have 12.3 volts to the main fuses I also noticed that the gear selector on the dash doesn't light up what gear your in.

 

Does anyone have an idea what else to check.

Crank the engine for 15 seconds straight then check for codes. You've checked all the fuese and relays right?

Sorry for the delay in responding. The trouble was a broken wire.
