magnaflow turbo back questions

any one else have this problem....it is almost touching the from cooler line...i am wonder ing if i try to put the first hanger in the hole closest to the pass side if this will fix this...i went a put exhuast wrap on the tranny coller line...temps avg a little over half way in normal driving...is this too high...may need to put more exhaust wrap or ceramic coat the downpipe.....
