Automatic Transmission identification

I'm trying to change my transmission fluid/filter/pan gasket this week.

Autozone shows 2 different auto trannies for this year/engine. They both have different filters/gaskets/fluid capacities.

Haynes manual shows 2 places on where to get the TIN (Transmission identification number) from. The numbers stamped on the case are 25895736 and 24208015. One other set of numbers has an "HD" on it, but I couldn't read all of it.

None of them resemble the "40LE" or "80LE" I'm looking for (are those numbers right? just off the top of my head from the store computer).

Anyone have this experience yet?

Thanks! Was it the numbers stamped or the engine/year that gave it away? Just for reference....

It was the engine that gave it away,All the 5.3's have the 4L60E behind them. (Same with the 4.3-V6)
