What does an ABS sensor cost?

The ABS light periodically comes on in my '95 K1500. Last time this happened it was a wheel sensor, I think. Any idea if I could do this myself? What should it cost?

The wheel speed sensors run $286.00 each side. I would see if it falls under TSB 02-05-25-006A which covers the cleaning of the speed sensor.

I got the TSB you mentioned but it talks about the ABS engaging at low speeds. It doesn't seem to be engaging, it's just the light. This afternoon I drove it again and the light didn't go on.

 

Anyone have any success cleaning the sensors to stop this problem? Last time I had a bad sensor the light stayed on...now it seems to be random.
