ECM-1 Fuse

I drive a 1997 GMC Z71 K-1500. The ECM-1 fuse keeps blowing and I don't know why. I don't even know what this fuse is for.

I thought it might have been fuel pump and ECM, but I just looked at a wiring diagram and it provides power to the crankshaft position sensor, ignition module and ignition coil.

 

I've never seen those items blow a fuse, though it's certainly possible. I would think it is more likely the pink wires that supplies power to these components is chafed somewhere and grounding out. Could be anywhere.
