K&N, Airaid or...

Just bought a stock 98 Z71 and was just curious if anyone could give me some info. Is the K&N FIPK worth the extra $100 for these trucks or are the Airaid and others pretty much the same. Any info will help and if you have any thoughts on a cat back that would be helpful too.

I can freely admit I am not fully up on all the technology and stats when it comes to add ons. Primarily I went with the price which is why I put the Airaid on my truck for the intact. On the exhaust side I decided to go with what Joe Gibbs is putting on their performance trucks. The Corsa dual side exit cat-back exhaust. Of course I didn't but it through the Joe Gibbs site, found it nearly $150 cheaper at another website.

 

Personally I am enjoying the sound of the truck. Have also received many comments about how nice it sounds and the way it responds when I need it to. As a volunteer fire fighter I do find many times when I have to step on it and go, it plants be back in the seat as I head for the fire station.
