hidden storage???

just looking for a place to store some out of site electronics and really have no clue

 

i was thinking that there has to be a way to get under the center console but i cant find one

 

any1 have any tips ????????

 

i dont want to have to pull everythin apart but i will if i have 2

Going by your signature, I guess you are using a Crew Cab.

 

Lots of room on a dandy shelf behind the back seat... Possibly, there might be some room behind the glove box. Easy to get to on 2003 models and upwards. Not sure about the 2002s.

If you have the full center console, just pull straight up on it. Mine has duct work for the the rear console vents in there, but I'm not sure if all trucks do.

Just to clarify, pull up to remove the cupholder portion...The rest of the console is bolted down, and pulling up on it would probably give you a broken console and a hernia.

Oh, it'll work. That cupholder will pop right out. If you have the full console that goes all the way to the dash, there're a little bit of room under there as well.

If you have the SLT package or the bucket front seats with full center console, the cup holder tray is a compression fit into the opening. if you grab the center portion of the tray, upwards, you will remove the opening. its a quick and simple place to stash stuff, smokes, flasks, condoms, etc. good luck

I have a 2006 Crew Cab, LT2 package with bucket seats. I tried to pull the center up, but it seemed very tight. Any suggestions?
