03 Sierra Gears??

I finally got lifted and now am running 35's with 17" heavy ass wheels. I would like to regear but am numbnuts when it comes to it. I was looking into 4.56's. I currently have 3.73's. What is the best place and what am i looking at for price? Do i need to do front at the same time? How long should install take?

Front and rear mst be done at the same time. The computer may also need to be recalibrated for the speedometer and more importantly ABS to work properly.
