Rear Anchor Clips

Last night I noticed that the plastic facia that covers the anchor points behind the back seats is loose on one side. It seems that the metal clip that hold that side on has gone missing. I tried double sided tape on that side and it holds for a few minutes then pops off. Does anyone know where I can get replacement clips?

I'd just take it back to the dealer under warranty instead of going through the headache of finding the clips. If it's a manufacturer defect, they'll fix it.
