Antifreeze Leak???

My '01 Silverado w/5300 vortec is very very slightly leaking antifreeze. I can't see anything although I smeel it outside the cab. Any problem areas I should look at?

I recently discovered coolant seeping from the front of the engine on my 2003 (5.3L) Sierra. It appears to be coming from the water pump attach point on the right side. It took me a while removing the intake plennum and fan shroud just to be able to see the problem.

I'm still not sure how to proceed other than r&r the water pump assembly. Not really looking forward to that.

I've noticed the cold weather seems to increase the flow....kinda makes sense as the metallic surfaces contract.

I have the same problem,was just looking at it today. I had the mirror out and didnt see any weephole leak. I'm not looking forward to this job either..Oh have a 2002 sierra 4.8L

Simular problem on my truck, it's the main gasket where the pump attaches to the engine. Going to replace the pump when the leak gets large enough.

My truck is going in the week of Xmas for the Anti-lock recall. I was going to have the dealer look at it but think I may hold off. At the $50-$60 per hour labor rates I will wait 'til the weather warms up!
