LS2 intake Manifold question about will it work.

I just had a wild idea about replacing the intake manifold on my 2004 silverado 5.3l with an LS1/LS6 intake manifold. I like the look of them and i know alot of what is on an ls1 will go on the 5.3l. Consider i will be getting a Nelson Tune after changing the manifold. What beneifits if any will I see from the stock intake manifold?

I have found information that shows that it is not beneficial for the money. If i were to put the ls1 or ls6 manifold on i would have to modify the fuel rails and parts on the injectors. Also the manifold for the ls1 is designed for horsepower and the one on the 5.3l is designed for torque. So i will be going with Stage 3 ls1 patriot heads.
