want window sticker

I bought a silverado in august and it didnt come with the window sticker. Well I waited too long i guess and the salesman said cant get one. Anyone know if i can get a reproduction? thanks

Thats not true. The dealer should give you one but he probably does not want to spend the $25 for it.You might want to talk to the sales manager or somone other than the salesman.

you can look in your glovebox and copy down all the codes and look them up on a GM RPO codepage. Thats time consuming but ittl tell you everything on your truck. Thats the easiest way i know of.

The window sticker & the RPO sticker are two different pieces of information.

Here in Maine you have to have the Marconi (window) sticker to register the vehicle for the first time. I'm sure the dealer could get you one if they wanted to.

when I bought my 06, the dealership detailed the truck before I picked it up. When I showed up, they went over the truck with me, and pointed out that they had removed the Window sticker (Monroni), folded it, and placed it in my owner's manual.

 

I thought this was the norm? I have always gotten the window sticker when I bought a car.

What about a 92 Silverado? I would be happy with any documentation for my truck. I bought the truck from the original owner and I can't remember his contact info.
