06 hood on an 05?

Yes, it will fit, but you must do the hood AND the grille. Also, if you want the complete look, you may want the painted bumper cap as well.

Hood, grille, and I think FENDERS. Seems there a conflict with the grill on the existing fenders. Could be wrong so at least confirm the fender part.

 

Wait until you hit a deer or big dawg, then do a proper job against the animal. Install '06 parts as the replacements.

Nope,Fenders are the same.

No issues on the trucks I've seen done.

I see that you own both a Z71 and a Titan truck. Can you briefly compare the two? I was considering a Titan, but I was told that the fuel economy is worse than Z71's.
