Driver seat belt retractor

My driver seat belt is slow to retract and I seem to always be helping to push it back in. Is there a way to adjust this?

Hi,

I went in the dealership for some misc. work and they said there's a tsb or recall on my seat belt mech. I don't know the number (didn't have mine done, still works fine).

Beware, they said if I wanted it done they would have to go to an upholstery shop also. All of it would be covered for the recall, no money spent but it would be probably a day or two in the shop.

Maybe someone else could chime in...

 

btw I have a '99 nbs k1500, not sure if it applies to the 2003 model.
